Action by plaintiff Harold Lehman against defendants Louis Augun, Fred Yedinak, and Sentry Insurance Company to recover for personal injuries alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the two individual defendants in unloading a motor vehicle insured by defendant insurance company. On October 22, 1962, Lehman drove his Dodge pickup truck loaded with scrap metal to the Berlin Iron & Metal Company located at Berlin, Wisconsin. Yedinak, owner and operator of the salvage yard, upon Lehman's arrival agreed to purchase the load of scrap metal. Arrangements were made to have the material weighed at a place referred to by the parties as ""Stobbe's Mill."" After having the material weighed, Lehman returned to the salvage yard whereupon Yedinak designated an area in the yard where the salvage was to be unloaded.
